Graphics: certainly NOT real toofs, the mouths just squiggle. try comparing em if you actually think they are the same.
Style: Same as above, only robotic and not comedic.
Sounds: yeah, they are robots. What is this, Toof or ClockCrew?
Interactivity: not really.
