Very fun game, I do like the abundance of extra lives.

[XENO TACTIC]

Masterpiece Game

This is my favorite game on Newgrounds (except maybe Staggy The Boy Scout Slayer 2, hehe) purely because of how much depth is involved in winning. There is so much involved in building paths long enough to keep the aliens busy, making sure the DCAs are set up in good positions, managing upgrade time and money, it's mind-bogglingly fun. As of this review, I have just finished the 5th map (I'm tucking in though, really tired lol). Seriously, if you haven't played this game, do so RIGHT NOW.

Good and Bad...

Pros-
+This game looks one helluva lot better than Xeno 1
+It sounds a helluva lot better than Xeno 1
+I like the larger variety of turrets

Cons-
-The flying enemies pissed me right the F*** off, the air turrets only hit half of the time. Let more turrets hit air baddies.
-After a while my turrets couldn't kill a single enemy. Upgrades or quantity increases did not help this.
-There's enough stuff taking up your free space in the beginning that you cannot get the same creativity in your weapon setups.

The game itself was reminiscent of kitty cannon, but the opening cartoon was brilliant.

Holy crap

This kind of thing is scripted over my head. i cannot even begin to comprehend how you made this. It's flipping fantastic, but very difficult. I got stuck and quit on level 8 during my first play.

Excellent!

I'd been waiting for this one! By no means is it perfect, but it is fun!

The game has become significantly more challenging, only allowing you to hold 2 guns. Ammo ran low very frequently.
The pipe was mostly useless, it couldn't kill baddies fast enough for me to regain even a pistol to shoot them with. Perhaps you should give him a knife instead? (Or eye beams if you're nice)
As others have pointed out, the enemy can shoot at you through floors; this needs work.
It is far better looking than previous installments. Bravo!

[The World's Hardest Game]

Fairly hard

It is challenging, but the spinning puzzles get stale after a while. I got bored on level 6 from running through the same gauntlet over and over again. To all you sore-losing-reviewers, don't let a game's difficulty make your score when the creator has obviously expressed its profound difficulty.
